This is a Traditional Chinese (TW) version of Avventura nel Castello, a pivot localization from the English version by Gnou, Team Sigil, WuwuWuya, and Localicows.

Translated by Judy and WuwuWuya, this game is fully functional and made it through a complete play-through on version 1.1 with a couple of tweaks in the JS code, documented on this thread

One major change was made for this version, which was swapping out LanaPixel font for UnifontExMono by stgiga. LanaPixel was made on a 9x9 bitmap, which is far too small for Chinese characters to be legible. On the LanaPixel forum, the creator, eishiya, suggested using larger font for Chinese characters. UnifontExMono by stgiga us made on a 16x16 bitmap, making the font much easier to read while still maintaining the original pixel-font style of the game.

This may just as well be the best use of UnifontEX I’ve ever seen. The retro terminal effect is just so fitting, and I like it. Good job!

Also the February 2nd, 2024 update added tables like the VDMX table (which improves rendering on Windows and Linux Chrome/Edge), which may fix certain rendering quirks. I also have the font on Itch.io itself (as well as Github, SourceForge, OpenGameArt, and Archive.org) beyond just FontSpace.
